Our property purchase process
How selling to Jitu Investment Group works
A direct property sale begins with information and a conversation. Here is what to expect when discussing a house, townhouse, multifamily property or land in our Virginia and Maryland markets.
1. Tell us about the property
Share the address or parcel number, condition, occupancy and why you are considering a sale. For rentals, mention the units and leases. For land, start with access and utility information you already have.
2. Review the details together
We assess whether the property fits our purchasing criteria. We may request records, arrange a visit or clarify ownership, condition and your desired timing. You do not need to renovate simply to start.
3. Consider the written offer
If we make an offer, review the price, contingencies, cost allocation and closing schedule. Compare the proposal with an agent listing or other available choices. There is no obligation to accept.
4. Coordinate the agreed closing
If the parties sign an agreement, the transaction proceeds through the required review and settlement work. Title, occupancy and other property-specific issues can affect timing. We will discuss the next steps with you.

Where we work
Our Arlington-based team reviews properties in the 23 Virginia and Maryland markets listed on our Service Areas page. Each regional guide explains practical information to prepare before contacting us.
Your choice comes first
An as-is sale can reduce preparation work, while a traditional listing may suit other priorities. Ask questions, compare the written terms and decide what fits your situation. No sale, price or closing date is guaranteed by submitting an inquiry.
