Our planned fix-and-flip focuses on the opportunity to improve an existing property while retaining the character that makes older Buffalo homes distinctive.

Neighborhood connections

The surrounding Bailey Avenue corridor brings together residential blocks, local businesses and community organizations. The wider northeast Buffalo area includes the University at Buffalo’s South Campus and Main Street destinations.

Regional transit

University Station at UB South Campus connects to NFTA Metro Rail, serving the medical corridor and downtown Buffalo. Buyers can review current routes and their own trip requirements when considering the location.

Investment in the corridor

The City’s Build Back Bailey project covers planned improvements between Winspear and Kensington avenues. The City currently anticipates a spring 2027 construction start. These are future public improvements, separate from our property renovation.
